Terms and Conditions:
1. All our bakes are made to order and are subject to slight variation to actual image shown on our social media channels.

2. Any changes pertaining to the order (i.e: design, flavour, size, quantity, delivery mode etc.) must be made at least 7days prior to the collection/delivery date, and additional charges may apply.

3. Full payment is required within 24 hours from placing the order.

4. All orders will not be confirmed till full payment is received.

5. Cancellation made more than 7days to date of collection/delivery, 50% of payment will be refunded.

6. Cancellation made less than 7days to date of collection/delivery, the full payment will be forfeited.

7. Self-collection is preferred from 673B Edgefield Plains, Singapore 822673. If delivery option is required, our delivery charge is at $20.

8. Once item/s have been collected or delivered, we will bear no responsibility to any damage to the item/s.

9. Joyy’s Kitchen reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
